Trigger Point & Neuromuscular Therapy

Trigger point therapy is used on soft tissue. It addresses posture, biomechanics, and nerve entrapment, as well as trigger points. Trigger points are especially irritable places in muscle tissue that send pain to other areas of the body. A trigger point therapist searches for the cause of the soft tissue pain in order to restore muscles to their proper length and balance, moderate toxic input to the nervous system, and find and release spasms that exist in the tissues.
