Favorite Sports: I have an appreciation for all sports as I love the nature of sports in that it helps people with goal setting, personal accomplishments, and confidence!
Personally, I have played baseball/softball for many years and played for URI’s D-I Field Hockey Program, I have also been on USA’s Powerlifting Team honored to represent the US in 5 countries through the IPF (International Powerlifting Federation).
Other passions:
Family, nutrition, yoga, traveling, stand up paddle boarding and helping people LIVE WELL.
