   Our Providence Clinic is located in the Jewish Community Center (JCC) on the East Side of Providence, just minutes from Brown and RISD, Hope Street, Wayland Square and Blackstone Boulevard. It is an inclusive community center atmosphere and all are welcome!
We have Pilates equipment, including reformer, and trained clinicians who incorporate Pilates principals into their treatment and can formulate a Pilates based exercise program for private one-on-one sessions and for HEP. We have 2 large treatment rooms, where we schedule one-on-one treatment sessions in a supportive and friendly environment. All of our therapists are trained in manual treatment principals and have an excellent understanding of optimal biomechanics.
Downstairs we have a full gym and fitness center available to all RI Rehab patients. We also have a full sized pool with a new state-of-the-art pool lift transfer system that makes entrance to the pool safe and easy for people with limited mobility.
We have Pilates, Balance and Movement, and Aquatic classes taught by a physical therapist. We also offer a Dance for Parkinson’s class following the Mark Morris, Brooklyn Parkinson’s Group model. Our Dance Medicine specialist Jennifer Davis works closely with dancers and their specific issues to prevent and rehabilitate injury. We also have our own massage services. Our massage specialist has the advantage of communication with our Physical Therapists who in turn communicates with your doctor to integrate and focus your therapy.
